Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on 2npet.com are in Euros (€), unless stated otherwise.
Prices are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Luxembourg and European Union law.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated and added at checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed via email.

5. Orders, Billing, and Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address designated by you during the checkout process, provided that such shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site.
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the commercial shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments if the courier has confirmed delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All purchases made on 2npet.com are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

No Refund-Only Policy: We strictly enforce a mandatory return policy. We do not issue refunds for items that customers keep, discard, or refuse to send back. To receive a refund or exchange, the physical product must be returned to our warehouse for quality inspection.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request under EU consumer protection regulations.
Pet food, treats, and supplements must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with safety seals intact to be eligible for a return due to health and hygiene standards.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, design, text, graphics, logos, images, and software are the exclusive property of 2N PET FOODS INTERNATIONAL S.à r.l. and are protected by Luxembourg, European Union, and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only.
